The recipient sees the sender's name and the document or file to be retrieved. The recipient is identified using 2FA (2-factor authentication with a code sent by SMS if you check this option). Do not confuse our system with the LRE (Lettre Recommandée numérique avec accusé de réception - digital registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt - which follows a different logic with strong authentication and complies with different European legislation and regulations). 

On e-PowerDoc, the file (whatever it may be) is authenticated by its hash code, and the certificate confirming receipt is also encrypted and time-stamped on the blockchain. This gives the document(s), file(s) and certificate probative value (proof of anteriority, tracking of receipt stages and file authentication). However, like all regulations, in the event of a dispute, it is subject to the discretionary judgement of the judge. Should this evidence be contested, e-PowerDoc cannot be held responsible.
