By validating the deposit of your files, you certify on your honor that the information entered by you is accurate, sincere and fair, and is not likely to infringe the rights of third parties, in particular concerning their intellectual or industrial property, their know-how, and their creations or innovations. French law recognizes time stamping on blockchain, but requires proof of the identity of the depositor. The fact of receiving your file at your e-mail address, and an opening code by SMS, constitutes proof of your identity. To complete this, it's best to add a photo of your identity card (which remains on your computer). You should also add your name as file creator to the "Tags" of the files you protect. All this forms a body of evidence as to your identity, subject to the discretionary judgement of a judge.
